I'm afraid we don't sell an exact match for what you have here. Our 40-049 appears to be the best option in our inventory. If you haven't already, review the specifications and see how they compare with your old hardware.

Can this handle # 40-049 be reversed so the lock is on top and handle on the bottom

Yes, you would just need to flip the lockset around. The video below will show you precisely how to do so.
