Door is 1 and 1/2" thick. This is hardware I just took out of door. I had replaced the lock about 15 years ago with hardware this lockset. Photos The mortise lock in the first two photos is original part door came with. On the original part it says Pado on top and Emco on Bottom. Swisco 40-049 Mortise Lock looks like it could work.
