Hi! I am thankful for your website! I am trying to identify this window crank mechanism for replacement. The grooves inside the handle are stripped and we cannot shut the window. I also desperately need to find this part in Orlando, so if you have someone who gets these from you and supplies them locally that would be fantastic.
