Empire Pacific Window casement window seal strip

A handy person from Wilsonville says:
Trying to find replacement for this push-in seal that is 3/8" wide and 5/16" tall. It pushes into a slot ringing the periphery of the moving part of the casement window and seals to the wall frame when cranked closed. It might have been a tube seal that crushed flat uniformly and broke years ago. It is soft and fragile now with the top part tearing off everywhere.
