We purchased these windows in 2003. Having trouble with the locking mechanisms not working. Especially the sliding glass door. Can you help?

Hey Cindy. The sliding glass door mortise lock looks like our 82-218; the handle set, if you need it as well, is our 82-030. For the sash lock, can you tell me the distance between the center of each mounting hole? That will narrow down your choices. Many thanks.

I believe they measure 2" on center between screws

Thank you for verifying. I'm sorry to say that we don't sell a replacement lock with a 2" center hole spacing. I recommend triple checking that just to be safe.

I think it is 2 1/4 or 2 3/8" Getting old eyes, sorry

Not a problem at all! 2-1/4" does happen to be a size we offer. See our 90-274. This is the same style as your original but with a 2-1/4" hole center spacing and 11/16" backset. Look it over and see what you think.
