Emtek 322 cylinder lock

Can I replace this old emtek lock with your 40-089 key tumbler thumb turn? See photo.

I believe the Emtex key cylinder is rectangular, while our 40-089 is oval shaped. I'm not sure if your Emtex is still available. It may be time to consider a new style handle set like our 40-049. This handle is very similar to the Emtex, and I believe it can be adapted to your door. Look at the related video, as well.
