Emtek 322 replacement

I have a Storm door on a rental that has an Emtek 322 that is not operating properly and needs to be replaced. I have done a bit of research and it appears that the SWISCO 40-049 would be a direct replacement, am I correct in assuming this?

The 40-049 has been known to replace the Emtek handle set, but I wouldn't call it a direct replacement. Some customers have reported that it took some adaptation to work, while others reported it took no adaptation at all. I really can't say how it will go in your case, however as long as the dimensions all match up to what you have installed now then I think it's certainly worth considering.
