Encasement Window Split Arm Operator (LH)

Pics of the faulty part in question. On the top, there is a Part Number of F-9400-A by the center circle. On the bottom, there is a marking of 1361484 and 052402 on the second swing arm. I presume the 052402 is the manufacturer or inspection date since we purchased the Anderson encasement windows in June of 2003.
In review of your web site, part number 39-171 looks to be the correct replacement part. However, I want to be absolutely certain.

Attached are the pics of the faulty unit in question. The measurement of the bar above the circle is 3 1/2" while the right arm is 4 1/4". Let me know if you require additional information.

Unfortunately, we do not carry any other versions of the 39-264 Andersen operator and, to our knowledge, they never made a version with the arm dimensions you've provided. I would recommend double-checking to make sure that you are measuring between the center of the holes in the operator's arms as shown in our product image.
