Thanks for posting. This looks like our 15-087 Pivot Shoe, along with the 15-086 Tandem Housing. This system is compatible with our Series 180 Coil Springs. You will need to look for stamps on the tongues of the actual springs to determine the spring weights you need. If there are no stamps on the springs, give us the exact weight of your window sash. We can then work out what you need.
