Encore Awning Operator, Sill Mount

Question

The parts (39-239B, 39-536, 39-558) were perfect and they work great. The window is functional again, thank you! Since the handle and cover on the broken unit were still intact, I didn't order the replacement part. However we can't figure out how to remove the cover from the unit. Is there a trick or do I just need to order a 39-451?

Great! I'm glad to hear that our 39-239B operator worked for you. As for the cover and handle, the 39-451 will definitely do the trick. The old one should just pop off. They're not screwed on or anything, they just snap on.
