Encore Dual Arm Tracks

Question

I bought several of the Encore Dual Arm Operators (part 39-438a & b) but the black piece on the end of them does not fit into the tracks I have which are exactly like the Truth tracks you have in the catalog 14.5" long. What track do I have to have that will fit the Encore Operators?

Hey, Rob. You may not have purchased the same operator. We also have the 39-253LB and 39-253RB, which are used with the 39-529 slider (sold separately). Is this a closer match to your old hardware?
