Encore Dyad Sill Mount Operator, LH

Question

I see that you have a very similar window operator fromTurth hardware the Encore Dyad Sill Mount, but the one I have the arm is 5.5 inches and the one you show is 4 7/8s. Can you help me find the correct one?

Hey there. I believe our best match is the 39-220B and 39-221B Dyad Operators. Unfortunately the link arms do seem to be a different length. You have two options. First, you could try installing the operators as is and see if they work fine. They might--the windows just may not open as far. Second, you could try repositioning the stud bracket they attach to. Finally, you could swap out the link arms using a rivet like the 62-014B. Just note modified items can't be returned for refunds.
