We are looking for the sleeve that slides onto the locking mechanism on our casement windows.

Thanks for reaching out to us. This lever appears to match that which comes with out 38-208 Truth Encore lock set. Could this be what you're looking for?

It is currently not sold separately, unfortunately, but otherwise it does appear to match your original quite closely. Look it over and see what you think.
