Encore Window Operator Upgrade

the photo is what I currently have. I want to replace the operators (handle crank and cover) with the new encore to get the streamlined look and better operation with window coverings.

I'm actually not familiar with Encore, but I think our 39-107FK would be a streamlined version of your handle. What do you think?

looks great. Do I need to order the operator cover also?

The 39-107FK is a folding handle and cover kit, so the cover is already included.
