End shoe for window balancer

I am afraid the company that made your tilt balances are no longer in business. You should be able to go with our S795-26 channel balance that comes assembled with a 1-1/4" wide T-lock shoe, our 15-195. The balance has a screw on clip attached to the cord so that it can attach the balance at the top of the window track.
