Entry Door Seal Repair

Question

The bottom part of my door is falling off. I do not know what brand it is, but it is made of a rubber-like material and seems to be glued onto the bottom of the door along the whole bottom of the door. Any ideas on parts I could purchase to replace this item?

We might have something, but I can't identify what you have from these photos. Would it be possible to remove a small and undamaged sample so that we can see the end profile? That would be a huge help. Thanks!
