Cranks out but not back in. Need to identify replacement please.

Just need replacement crank please.. It's not working at all.

Hello! Sounds like your gears are stripped out. Replacing the operator should get your window working again. My top suggestion is the 39-031. This appears to match your original quite well, but review the arm dimensions below to confirm that they're the same before you buy anything.
