Entry-Gard Attachment 1999 Caradco Window

Question

Greetings,  In replacing a window we lost the Entry-gard (Truth) attachment to the window.  This is an old 1999 Caradco window and have not been able to get a replacement hardware for this casement window. I've attached a photo of the casement hardware on the window and a photo of the dimensions.  Any help would be appreciated.  JG
