Entry Gard Casement crank

Question

The plate number is 40471
The long arm number is 30472 RH
the "elbow" arm is R30842
the "connecting arm" is 20810
the "shelf piece" is 20545

The windows are over 17 years old....wood on inside and vinyl outside. We cannot make out the brand. The windows are in good shape but many of the casement cranks are broken, stripped or just don't work. How do we order new ones? Thanks

Those numbers are sometimes associated with our 39-031 and 39-032 operators, but truth be told I wouldn't trust them too much. I've seen them be wrong before. You should carefully compare the pictures and dimensions we show on the 39-031 and 39-032 product pages to your own hardware to confirm that they match. That's the only way to be 100% certain.
