This crank was on casement window. The dimensions seem the same when measured with Dimensions for 39-031 part But the holes are not the same. mine, as you can see has only 2 holes on each side
The long arm measures 10 3/4 and the small arm is 47/16

Hello,

As long as the dimensions below match up to yours, the 39-031 and 39-032 EntryGard operators would be the correct replacement. Not all of the holes would need to match up since not all of them are used for installation. You could also drill new holes in the window sill if needed. It also looks like the assembly shown in your photos would be the 39-032 since the gears are mounted on the right side of the worm gear. Thanks for posting!
