Similar in arm measures as described but the screw pattern is completely different. Which do you recommend? Could I make new screw holes in the window to accommodate your's?

Thanks for posting. This looks like the 39-031 Dual-Arm Operator to me. Just make sure the dimensions listed below match what you have. Let me know if the arm length differs in any way.

While the hole pattern might differ, the replacement is meant to offer enough spread to match many older designs. You don't need to use every mounting hole on the new plate to install this operator. Just enough to make it stable will suffice. Let me know if you have further questions.
