Need help on entry guard truth window crank. Can't seem to find right one have bought 2 and had to send back.

Thanks again from waiting. After exhaustive research, we have finally heard back from Truth directly that this operator with a stainless steel wheel is no longer made. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. At this time they only make the type with the thicker nylon wheel.

You may still be able to get that variety to work, but you would need to find a way to adapt the window to use the type of track that can accommodate those operators, such as the 39-505. That may be a problem, however, since these are meant to mount on the face of the sash, not underneath like your original. I would highly recommend reaching out to a local professional to do the job for you.
