Entry door compression seal

I can't find a replacement for this compression seal. The diameter of the rounded tab is about the size of an eraser. No one makes anything that comes close. Do you have any suggestions?

I'm afraid we don't have a replacement for this foam seal. I don't think it's made anymore. What I've done in the past was use our 58-169 as a replacement. Instead of having to fit into a specifically sized slot like yours, this just nails in place. See what you think.
