Entry gard arm

Hello, I am trying to replace this arm on my windows. I and wondering it the part comes with the additional supports on the top and bottom or if those are separate.

Thanks for your post! The parts at the top and bottom of the window are the hinges. These function separately from the window operators. I'm happy to recommend a replacement for them but I'll need to know the length of the track installed to the window sill.

The operator appears to be a math for the 39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator. The opposite version is the 39-032. To confirm that this is the right replacement match, carefully compare the specifications below.
