Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. It looks like your operator has a link arm but I'm not able to make it out from these photos. Do you have an identical window in the house? If so, we can use that operator as a reference.

Sorry Emily, this is the only window of this type in the house. Is there another angle I could take a picture from that would help you?

Yes, could you show us a closer photo of the link arm? See the image below. There's a bracket that the link arm attaches to, but we can't quite make out the arm.
