EntryGard Casement Operator replacement

Question

See attachment of broken operator please.
Brought home one from HomeDepot but discovered the clip (top) w/o a # on it was 4 7/16 in.long versus mine at 3 13/16 in. (mine has the 20755 on the short arm) So unscrewed all & took operator back; & discovered online that majority I found were too long also.
So does the EntryGard Casement Operator Product Code: 39-032 clip (top)/short arm measure 3 13/16 inches ? The long arm does measure 9 1/2 in.

PS:wish there was a diagram w/ noted lengths, which would have confirmed a match for me.
