EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

Question

Hi. The drive worm and gears on the crank operator for our casement window opener is stripped and doesn't work. We have a Lincoln window. The name on the operator is "EntryGard Truth". The long arm is 10 3/4" long and the link arm is 4 7/16". On the link arm there is an 'L' and #31538. The number on the long arm is 40753. I believe that I need part #39-031.

Will my existing cover and handle still work on a replacement part?
