EntryGard with metal disc Roller

Question

Hi, Swisco,I ordered your 39-031 operator and tried to install it. However, my old operator has a flat, metal disc at the end of the arm. The new vinyl disc is too fat, and doesn't go into the track. Do you have a different operator, or do I need a different track?

Hello there. It is possible you will need the 39-505 Track to go with the newer 39-031, so that way the new operator is compatible with a newer track. See the dimensions below to ensure the 39-505 can fit your window.
