Hello, I'm hoping you can help me identify what hardware I need to fix this window operator. The brand is Entrygard Truth and I believe the number 31538A is stamped on it.
The bar keeps popping off the track. It seems I should be able to just replace the hardware? A window installer is telling me I should replace the entire window (and his fee is almost $1k) which seems insane.
I would very much appreciate your help!!
