The black sliders that connect the arm to the window are broken in several windows. I don't believe it is possible to get that part. If not, can you help identify the correct full arm replacement for this window both right and left side opening. The bracket that the arm slides in is about 11 5/8 inches long; the arm is about 8 1/2 inches long. Thank you.

Hello, Bill. That black slider is part of the hinge assembly. As you already mentioned, these are unfortunately not sold separately.
We can supply the complete hinge set, though. My recommendation is the 36-048. This might be a slightly different style compared to your original but as long as you replace the top and bottom then it shouldn't make a difference.
