Epi window latch

A quick learner from Jacksonville OR says:
Just bought the house and this one window latch doesn't line up. It's about an eighth of an inch high or low however you want to say it. So when you spend the cam around to lock it it doesn't quite wrap all the way around from the bottom around to the top the locking tab on the fixed panel. I'm hoping I can re-drill and replace but everything is so close to the original factory holes I'm not sure how I'm going to do that. One step at a time I guess.

Hello,

It looks like your keeper is just not positioned properly to engage with your lock. Your best bet is probably to try uninstalling the keeper and repositioning it to align with the sweep lock. You'll have to be very careful not to hit the glass when drilling new holes though.

We've recommended the 90-278 lock to replace yours in the past, but the keeper that comes with it will not work on your window. It's possible that the 90-237 keeper might work with your lock and gives more installation hole options for reinstallation. Take a look at the dimensions and see if you think it could be used to replace your existing keeper. Thank you!
