Hello,

This looks like an older version of the ROTO 39-091 and 39-092 Operators. Unfortunately, the bracket arm that attaches the short arm on the operator to the window sash is a separate component that ROTO stopped making some time ago. There are no known replacements for it so you would have to reuse your old one if possible. Thanks for posting!
