Escutcheon for a Bayview 5500 patio door

Hello there. I am afraid we don't sell the individual base plates for this type of handle set; I apologize for the inconvenience. Our 82-030 should however be able to replace your old handle set outright. 

Note that this damage might be indicative of a sliding glass door track and rollers that need to be cleaned or even replaced. If that's the case, you can read more about patio door maintenance here.
