In this photo, you'll see that the plastic sleeve to make it easy on the fingers is missing. Many of them have snapped off my hardware. All of the escutcheon Hardware is in good working order. I'm just looking for the plastic sleeve that goes over the long, thin, metal lever.
We own a resort in northern Ontario, Canada, and due to extreme cold temperatures many have broken.

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with this lock assembly. Would you happen to know the brand? Can you also show me a photo of the sleeve in question? That would help us search for something compatible with this lock mechanism.

Sounds good. I'll be here to help if you can get me that information.
I would also say that seeing one of the old plastic sleeves would be the most helpful at this stage, if that's possible.

I'm in Florida for the winter and one of my employees is going around the property trying to remove some hardware and get better photographs. Thanks for being so responsive and for being there to help out with something so small but so important. If we can't get these windows locked During rain and the very cold winters, you can imagine the problems that would occur.
