Thanks for posting. I'm afraid its difficult to know what you might need without pictures. A customer who cited these codes in the past was recommended either our 32-340 or 32-343; one of these could possibly work for your cabinet, though we can't be sure without knowing the dimensions or having visual identification. I have associated other possible replacements on this page; be sure to look them all over. I should note that these Euro Hinges have given customers a lot of problems in the past. The manufacturer changes the designs every so often and it's difficult to keep up with possible replacements. Let us know what you find.
