Thanks for your post! We do not have an exact replacement match for this cabinet hinge, unfortunately. Our 32-344 Large Opening Angle Blum Cabinet Hinge and Plate Set may work but I cannot make any guarantees. Carefully look over the dimensions below to determine if this is the right replacement.
