European Tilt & Turn Bedroom Window Latch Needs Internal Mechanism Replaced

Home Owner from San Francisco, CA 94103
Hello! I have a bedroom window that has a loose latch, so the internal latch mechanism just needs to be replaced. The window is a custom European window design with a single tilt and turn latch. The specs for the window as provided by the developer of our unit are:

Dark Bronze Anodized (A44-Class I) / All Glazing to be tampered.

The window needs the internal latch mechanism replaced. Everything else with the window is intact and working properly. The latch normally moves to the left 45 degrees and it tightens and shuts the window closed. But now the latch is completely loose and moves 360 degrees (only should be able to move 45 degrees max), so when we move the window hinge to close the window there is a gap that lets air through so the window does not close completely. Hoping you can help locate the proper part needed for the repair?

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm not sure if we have a match for this latch. Can you remove it from the window and show us some photos? I can't promise we'll have something but that will help us confirm.
