European hinge w=H'ith a approx 3/4" body vs a 35 mm

Question

I have a cabinet with European hinges and the drill hole is not 35mm it is closer to 3/4". markings are limited, and the base plate has a "H=O" or an "O=H"

looking to buy a hinge of two to fix the cabinet
