Everweld Double hung bathroom window

Quick Learner from Auburndale, NY

The window will not stay up.  Opened the window and tilted in and on the left side very bottom of the window jam was broken plastic. looked at the right side and is in one piece.  I have a picture of the right side that is not broken.

Looking for the part in the picture for the left side.  Everything else looks good.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we would need to see photos of your coil housing and springs fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. See the videos related on this page to help you through the process. Thank you!

Good morning,
Window 1, 2 & 3 is the broken side.
Window 4 is the good side.  Looking for the bottom piece of plastic with the metal half circle on top to keep the window up.
Thank you, Lynn

We can't be sure with your hardware still installed, but we offer the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot and the 15-086 Tandem Housing, if needed for a second coil spring. These are compatible with the Series 180 Coil Balances. Review the diagram below showing how these parts work together and confirm the dimensions match yours.

coil housing pivot is in the channel and I would of had to cut the side to get it out.  If I could not get the parts I did not want to do any damange.
I will measure it and get back to you.
The top had a metal half circle on the Pivot do you sell that?
Thanks, Lynn

I believe you're referring to the broken S180 coil spring shown in your photos. The coil spring should be inside the housing, but part of it is visible since it snapped in half. You'll need to remove the original coils as well to check for the stamp code on the original coils needed to choose the corresponding strength options for the S180 replacements.
