Exchange of Replacement Parts

Question

I bought 12 of these channels balances (S395-23). It looks like I should have ordered S395-24. Please see photo and let me know how to exchange these for the correct part. I am also a little concerned about the wings on the new channel balances and the absents of wings on the old parts. I assume they will work. The old channel balance is marked 2310.

Assuming your bottom shoe is the 15-001, I think our Series 390 would have been a better match. It also looks like your old balance is longer, as well. Based on your stamp, you need a 24" long balance, not 23". See our S390-24 with a 2310 option. You can return the balances you purchased for a refund at any point. See our return policy here.
