We are looking to purchase replacement parts for an inoperable window in a Beauty Salon here in NYC. We believe the windows in this Salon originally came from Europe. Would you be able to determine the manufacturer and be able to obtain the parts? Currently the lever handle does not operate the window either for the casement opening nor for the top tilt-in opening.
