Existing patio lock. Broke thumb lock

Hi Diane. Yes, it appears the thumb lever is closer to the bottom screw hole, rather than perfectly centered between them, so in that case either the 82-086 or the 82-087, with its more exotic finishes, could work for you. Note too we carry the 82-089 and 82-090, which are the same handle sets but without an outside key lock; if you needed to just replace the inside pull and thumb lever or didn't care about having about an outside key lock, either of these latter two options would do fine. 

Furthermore however, if only the thumb lever is broken, you could just use our 82-107, though I am afraid it only comes in a white finish. Finally, note that a broken thumb lever can be indicative of the door's internal mortise lock being broken. To check this, try manually throwing the lock with a slotted screwdriver. If the lock doesn't budge, then it too should be replaced. Let me know if you have further questions.
