We'd be happy to help but we would need to see photos of your balance removed from the window, including both ends and the pulley clip, to determine the correct replacements. There are many versions of these extended travel balances and since they would need to be custom-ordered, it's important that we confirm exactly what you need.

Please note that, unfortunately, we do not carry replacement window sashes. If you need another part or a type of latch, I would recommend checking other windows in the house that use the same hardware to see if you can find one to show us. Thank you.
