Extended-Travel Channel Balance 26-5

milguard window, can't find any date code, house was built in 2007
I have taken a couple of the stiffest balances out ,cleaned and dry lubed them, seemed to help a bit but still very stiff to close.They appear in good shape otherwise. I had planned to order 4 new and try them to see if they correct the issue. If the custom made are not cost prohibitive I still want to do that.If they are still stiff then I suspect a problem with the window.Please provide a quote if you would.
