Extended-Travel Channel Balance?

Question

The silver metal arm is 30".  Single pane windows that were the original windows from the home builder.  I have 2 broken windows, both which need the left arm balance.

Thanks for posting. I actually believe this is not an Extended-Travel balance, but rather one of our standard channel balances. See either our S380-30 or S385-30. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a new stamp option choose 2920.
