I will need two total, I will also need two top sash guides (See additional photo I attached) but I am unsure which is the right one so I was going to purchase a couple different types since the client lost the one that broke off and I didn't measure the existing one while I was at the property.

As for the balance, I will email you a purchase link and price quote that will allow you to add 2 to your cart.
