Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

This actually looks like a standard channel balance, and is likely one of our stock items. I am confident we can help, but we need more information to help: first, we need to see the fitting on the other end of the balance. Second, I'd like a picture of that stamp on the metal channel just to confirm what you're working with. We will do our best to help from there. 

Thanks for the photos of the fittings. If the metal channel is 16" long, you have either an S390-16 or S351-16. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. If your old stamp read 1510, choose that as your new stamp option.
