Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

Quick Learner

I have 3 different sized windows.

1) Channel length is 25 5/8" stamped 25 5 (1 window this size)

2) Channel length is 31 5/8" stamped 31 5 (6 windows this size)

3) Channel length is 19 5/8" stamped 19 5 (1 window this size)

Millgard Windows, house was built in 2004 and I assume Windows are original.

Windows have a sticker H-LC25-48x78 / H-R25-48x84: Series 1510/ 1580 /1680. P.L #032-136

I am looking to replace all the balances.

There is one more part which I believe is called a sash cam. The part is attached to the top of the bottom sash and appears to keep the window centered on the balance. I only have one broken at this time but figure I should replace all of them. I would need a total of 16 of these.

We can supply these balances, but they will need to be custom made since they're the extended-travel style. What I'll do now is email you three purchase links that you can use to place an order on our site. Based on your window counts, your quantities will be 2 of the 25-5, 12 of the 31-5, and 2 of the 19-5.

If these quantities are at all inaccurate, just let me know and I can adjust accordingly.

The sash cam you show is what we call a "top sash guide." Yours in particular isn't made anymore, but I believe you can use our 18-009 as a replacement. The catch is that you have to trim down the top edges so that they're flush with the body. Look it over and see what you think.
