Based on your description, the part in your photo might be a top sash guide. We'd be happy to research this, but we'd need to see an undamaged guide removed from the window, along with written-out dimensions to compare to our selection. Thank you!

Thank you for sending over the additional photos. It looks like the bottom of your guide might be bent out of position. You can start by comparing the dimensions of the 18-012 and 18-013 to an undamaged guide from one of your windows. Take a look and see what you think.
