Hello - looking to purchase two NON-TILT WINDOW CHANNEL BALANCES and not sure which to purchase; Series 380 or Series 385? Also what length - 20" or 21"?

Length of the metal channel: 20-5/8" long, 5/8" deep, 9/16" wide and is "winged" or "guided"
Provided image of window manufacturer sticker - Quality Windows (could not find a date, but home was built in 2002)
Winged balance shoe appears to be 1" deep (not including wing thickness) or 1-2/32" including wing thickness (see image)
Wings width on both top fitting and shoe is 15/16" wide
Sash weighs 15.6lb
